Who is responsible

Xelidoni Services Limited is the controller of personal data processed through this website. Questions and requests go to [email protected].

Messages you send

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, chosen topic and message. We use them only to reply and to handle your request, including requests for early access. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries or, where you ask about using the product, steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and then for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires a longer period.

Service providers

The website and the domain’s email are hosted by DreamHost. The website is delivered and protected by Cloudflare. These providers process technical information, such as IP addresses and server logs, and messages sent through the form, on our behalf. They may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards set out in their own terms.

Cookies and analytics

This website’s own code sets no cookies and uses no analytics scripts, advertising pixels or third-party fonts. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from automated abuse. The interface preview uses sample data and has no connection to a home server.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
